A design studio called donttakethisthewrongway has placed the bags throughout the city for anyone to take a moment to relieve some tension! The bright yellow bags feature an image of a fist and say ‘Public punching bag. Use at your own risk. A healthy place for frustrations.’ The design studio said: ‘The concept explores designing common spaces for the frustrations we all face. Frustrations that go beyond designed systems and happen, well, because we are human.’ ‘The public punching bag offers an outlet for these emotions as a means to maybe develop a healthier way to address personal and collective issues in a public setting.’ Let us know your thoughts below! #memereport 🥊

Each of us carries the weight of histories, the brilliance of stars, and the mysteries of the universe within our very essence. Think of the vastness of the cosmos, its infinite wonders, and complexities. Now realize that same boundless energy is mirrored within you. Your passions, dreams, fears, and hopes are as expansive and deep as the galaxies that twinkle in the night sky. By embracing this cosmic connection, you're not only acknowledging your importance in the grand tapestry of existence but also unlocking the boundless potential that lies within. The universe isn't just around you; it's within you. Every choice, every emotion, every dream is a testament to that cosmic legacy. 2 days left to enroll in the Transformational Human Design Reader Certification. “Dips are the water cooler of parties.” Yes, @amberrosetamblyn, yes they are. I loved so much Amber’s most recent newsletter, about, yes…dips. But the SOCIOLOGY of a good dip. Dips encourage lingering, bantering, small talk, and a good hang… What are your favorite PRO-SOCIAL foods at a gathering? 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽

What we can offer after we leave our full-time, big-time jobs is actually a lot, as I found in my chat with our friend @kate_wolfson, a brand strategist and consultant, who’s now freelance after her tenure at Goop. Her advice is practical in the best ways, right down to the book rec that’ll keep creative minds sharp and inspired, and a lesson that’s universal and essential in work and in life. If you missed our conversation, be sure to check the link in bio, and subscribe for lots more (and lots more to come!). xH
