1- and 2-beds don’t cost much more than studios, yet are bigger. Cost/ft2 goes down, but so does income/ft2.
What if a complex has mostly (well-planned) studios that have a physical divider (half-wall, etc) for a bedroom for a lil cheaper - will that
allow for more units to be built within the complex?
make up for the “lost” extra income from 1- and 2-beds?
What would you do with your life if all jobs paid the same?

The building can be at the corner of two streets, with the "corner" being slanted diagonally between the two edges of either side (similar to Kettering AB). This triangular area can hold the lobby, fitness space, kitchen space, childcare space, event space, lounge space, garden/farm space, etc. for residents. It would be centrally located and could/should have a great view. Plenty of windows would be required.
