If you haven’t stepped out of your comfort zone in a while, it might be time to try. Experiencing the unfamiliar allows us to practice being agile, because we’re not always able to default to our usual cognitive response patterns in new contexts.

If you want to pull out the full richness of your being, the place to go is where it’s exciting but hard.

you don’t need to understand yourself fully. you can’t. you are an organism of complexity beyond your own comprehension all you need to do is notice what you notice, meet it with love & warmth, and allow yourself space to bloom
