今天在想一件事:習慣、任務、日課到底差在哪裡?
這念頭是被朋友啟樺一句話喚起的。
他說:
「我們這種做知識工作的人,要把一些事當作「日課」來做。
不管你今天心情好還是壞,都要做。
就像和尚念經,不管上課、午課、晚課固定都要念。」
這概念挺有意思的!
因為我過去的確把很多事當成「有空才做」、「想做才做」。
但真的想進步,好像不能只靠心情來決定要不要行動。
▋所以,我開始拆解這 3 個詞到底差在哪
1. 任務
對我來說,任務就是某個情境裡「不得不做」的事。
比如辦公室要交月報、開會、回信,家裡要洗衣服、拖地、倒垃圾。
這些事通常是環境要求你做,不做就出事。
2. 習慣
它比較像是自己養成的一種自動模式。
多半是因為你覺得做了對你有好處,才會一直做下去。
像是運動、閱讀、寫日記、早睡這些。
但也有反面例子,像抽菸、滑手機...那
