How to target creators with super fans? Find creators with small niche followings and high engagement. This niche can be existing verticals, horizontal creators (creators with a presence across multiple platforms), or people who don't realize they are creators (i.e. professional who gives career advice).

How to make platforms successful? Prioritize the creators and help them earn more. This will incentivize them to create content (supply), which will further bring their fan base onto the platform (demand).

(6) Create a repeatable system for yourself so that you can “upcycle” (make a better version of) each seed of an idea you develop. Publish each idea into better formats (essays/books/evergreen workshops, etc.) and important publications in your industry (to get your ideas in front of the right people and give you extra credibility).

Social media is similar to sharecropping :

How to become a full stack creator: ‍(1) Content Creation - This is the more typical creator side of things. How do you create something that is valuable and grabs people's attention? (audio, writing, video...)‍
