Simple Ways to Build VO2 Max You can improve VO2 max with bodyweight and kettlebell exercises:
Bodyweight intervals: 30-60 seconds of burpees or jump rope, then rest, repeat for 10-20 minutes
Kettlebell swings: 20-30 reps each minute for 10-20 minutes
