try listening to instrumental music on stream, preferable stuff you haven't heard before. this has shown to be the least distracting form of music. you may also find some other types of noise useful instead if you find the patterns of music too distracting.
Tips for people with ADHD to stay "highly" focused
The thing that helped me the most was setting artificial deadlines after which i'm not allowed to do work/study. It kind of gamefied the studying process and made me rush to do the work with anxiety.
