Text files and JPGs and PDFs? Way more likely to still be here! So invest in formats that last, not apps that don’t.

Where can you leave a message, and a stranger one beach down can find it tomorrow, or TEN YEARS LATER a shoreline on other side of the planet, you have no idea which, if anything? And they’ll get back to you? That combination of anonymity and connection and distance?
