If your stomach can handle it, dairy is great for cheap dense calories. Fairlife milk was my fav w/ its higher protein ratio. Also get a rice cooker and make some rice, then saute ground beef or turkey (ideally a pound of each) and then add frozen mixed veggies and then scoop in the rice and mix it until you have a good ratio of all 3 ingredients....
