I view the internet today as millions of subcommunities. I think NFTs are a way for subcommunities to have cultural artifacts and create little economies within them. It is a big world, so some of the popular existing ones will go awry, but my bet is that there will be many positive communities.
Books should be structured as expandable trees.
One paragraph summary of each chapter, expandable into summaries of component points/stories, expandable into the full text.

The reality is that if your goal is to optimize revenue to the company, shutting down APIs, algorithmically manipulating users, harvesting personal information for better ad targeting, reducing revenue shares, and all the things people don’t like about internet companies is the optimal strategy.
i wish people celebrated the internet as much as they bemoan it. it’s literally a World Wide Web of humans, an unthinkable miracle that you and i can connect because i tap my fingers on a piece of glass for 30 seconds. let us not be numb to this!! bring back wonder & appreciation
