THE 4 THINGS: My mindset used to be very weak: - thoughts consumed me - got triggered often - had wavering self belief - victim mode - stayed in comfort zone It kept me stuck. But today I have worked hard to build a very strong mindset and am enjoying reaching my potential. This is what I did: 1. I started visualising my goals and character everyday - mental rehearsal is the key to rewiring the brain - it helped me build new beliefs, thought patterns and goals for my future. - this has made me stronger, braver and more confident 2. I treated myself like my best friend - I used to be very hard on myself (criticise and judge) - this was destroying my confidence - now I treat myself and talk to myself like I would my best friend. - it’s made a huge difference to the relationship with myself 3. Journalling - this allows me to navigate my mind - instead of being my thoughts, I become the thinker - I journal good stuff, bad stuff, hard stuff, interesting stuff - the key is to give your mind and outlet 4. Little wins + gratitude - I only used to celebrate the big stuff - but now I celebrate the tiny things too. This has made my mindset more positive and open - I add in gratitude each day because this also wires the brain to see the good in people/life. I do these 4 things everyday, even if it’s for a few minutes. The difference is HUGE. Which one are you going to start today? P.s there are 2 ways I can help you: 1. I help elite athletes, executives, high perfomers and business owners become the top 1% by mastering their mind and performance. Dm me ‘MIND’ to apply for coaching 2. I’m hosting mental fitness live on the 25th of November. Comment ‘EVENT’ for a ticket and join 100 others rewiring their brain :)

Making a slow decision can be worse than making a bad decision.
Some love to give speeches; others are nervous in front of a crowd. Some are charismatic; others are not. (Do not confuse leadership with charisma. Charisma does not equal leadership, and some of the most effective leaders have very little charisma.)
When operating at its best, the Cleveland Clinic turned this “get the right people” obsession into a reinforcing loop of momentum: Start with the right people operating in a collaborative culture that drives patient outcomes, which then feeds into attracting patients from around the world, which then generates reputation and resources to invest in

And what’s that metric? The percentage of key seats on the bus filled with the right people for those seats. Stop and think: What percentage of your key seats do you
... See moreThe future of knowledge work may be uncertain, but we have a say in how AI reshapes our lives and livelihoods. It’s easy to feel dwarfed by the pace of technological change, to imagine that the future of work is something that happens to us, rather than something we have the power to shape.
But this perspective gives us too little credit. We have agency, as workers, voters, and participants in the economy, to advocate for frameworks that guide AI’s influence in directions that support human dignity, opportunity, and equality. Instead of letting the sheer efficiency and velocity of technology dictate our path, we can demand social and economic norms that center people alongside profit.
