Principals and Manifestations
“You have a fear of not having enough money, because you believed that money was going to make you enough.” “You believed money represented a type of energy within you…” You can tackle the wound of not having enough money through self-acceptance.”
What you’re not changing, you’re choosing.
Daily rituals to rigor:
1. I started visualising my goals and character everyday
- mental rehearsal is the key to rewiring the brain
- it helped me build new beliefs, thought patterns and goals for my future.
- this has made me stronger, braver and more confident
2. I treated myself like my best friend
- I used to be very hard on myself (criticise and judge)
- this was destroying my confidence
- now I treat myself and talk to myself like I would my best friend.
- it’s made a huge difference to the relationship with myself
3. Journalling
- this allows me to navigate my mind
- instead of being my thoughts, I become the thinker
- I journal good stuff, bad stuff, hard stuff, interesting stuff
- the key is to give your mind and outlet
4. Little wins + gratitude
- I only used to celebrate the big stuff
- but now I celebrate the tiny things too. This has made my mindset more positive and open
- I add in gratitude each day because this also wires the brain to see the good in people/life.
Making a slow decision can be worse than making a bad decision.
