i usually describe this to people as "make your work people-shaped", which is the cognitively ergnomic way of talking about "cognitive ergnomics" (which is, tragically, not cognitively ergonomic)

- notice what qualities, behaviors etc. u admire about them
- notice that u desire to have these qualities in ur life, that they are lacking and u yearn for them.
- accept ur crush is at least partially projection of that desire onto them, a clue from ur subconscious about who u long to become
- find creative, fun, safe ways to embody those qualit... See more
