This provides revenue that can be used to revive city properties and assets like service vehicles, public advertising etc,.Distribute freebies in public spaces and governent institutions.
Residents in TX have to register their vehicle every year, so handing out free stickers and bookmarks during such visits can be a positive & (slightly) rewarding experience.
