One thing that stood out with this video, was Zimri talks about the merchandise distribution and then cuts to tshirt mockups. This clarified the gap between mockups and strategy in action.

Residents in TX have to register their vehicle every year, so handing out free stickers and bookmarks during such visits can be a positive & (slightly) rewarding experience.
