Do NOT raise your kid with tech. Do NOT look at your phone all day. Do raise your child in an attentive, prosocial environment. Do make them play outside. Do engage with people directly and actively as much as possible. Do. One. Thing. At. A. Time.
Choice is critical to sense of autonomy and contentment. Or at least the illusion of it.
