Direction.

This. Daily. So many nights frustrated and dismal.
You don't need more time. You need more focus.
Time isn't the constraint. Your choices are.

Two rules to help you be consistent with exercise this year:
1. Show up.
2. You can quit tomorrow.

Screens are attention, and thus metabolic energy and brain function vampires!
Do NOT raise your kid with tech. Do NOT look at your phone all day. Do raise your child in an attentive, prosocial environment. Do make them play outside. Do engage with people directly and actively as much as possible. Do. One. Thing. At. A. Time.

As you remember these experiences, notice how you feel on a visceral level. A cognitive recounting will not suffice, unless it is connected strongly to a bodily feeling, because your memories were stored in your body on a cellular level.
