The best idea is worthless without a funnel. How to build fast funnels to validate and iterate startup ideas: 1. Define positioning & value prop → This starts with the user journey and the onboarding. Many mess this up. Simpler the better. Simple Scales, Fancy fails. 2. Create free value as lead magnets → Checklist, Guides, Tutorials, Workshops. The more helpful, the more valuable. 3. Build a simple landing page → Use Framer. 280 characters, 1 image, 1 call-to-action. 4. Set up Email capture → Use Framer + Kit/Beehiiv to capture email. (no beef here, you pick your platform. I like and use both for different use cases) 5. Drive traffic → Start with organic social to test the offer, then ads if you want. (Don't do ads too early. You want the funnel converting before moving to paid.) 6. Analyze conversions and traffic →Use phantom analytics or good ole native framer analytics. 7. Iterate until it resonates → Iterate the lead magnet, copy, positioning, offer until it resonates. (You can A/B test pages with tools like @Keak_ai) Many will give up on an idea when the idea wasn't the problem, the positioning/offer was the probelm. 8. Build an MVP → 1 feature, 1 value prop. Don't overcomplicate this. Feedback is more important than features. 9. Publish a buy button. → This can be pre-orders, pay what you want, lifetime deal, discounted. Test with real money. It's the only true test for validation and committment. Even if it is $1. Get better at funnels, your future self will thank you. It's a great day to squeeze a funnel. Until then, stay sippin' my friends. 🧃
