I think using our brains is good actually,
This is such a well written and thoughtful essay and I think it brings up a good point of how boredom is just another emotion that we should experience in its full especially if we want to experience more ārewardingā ones like awe
give me more ways to make my brain smart again that do not involve screens. currently in rotation:
- books
- chess
- language learning
- sitting in the park without stimulus
- puzzles
- writing (obviously)
- long conversations
