(6) Create a repeatable system for yourself so that you can βupcycleβ (make a better version of) each seed of an idea you develop. Publish each idea into better formats (essays/books/evergreen workshops, etc.) and important publications in your industry (to get your ideas in front of the right people and give you extra credibility).
(5) Commit to finding a way to organize your ideas, thoughts, research, inputs, and content... such that you save time as you publish new work (and so you don't lose ideas or miss important connections between concepts).
(4) Acknowledge the tradeoff that is happening when you focus only on doing the work (helping clients... which is important), instead of also codifying and communicating the work.
