you see you are free and you are the knowing of the felt sense of I Am.

Awareness and existence are uncreated. That’s the simplest formulation of the truth. Being uncreated means they simply are. Without having to give a reason, needing no creation story, the primal setup for being human is that we are here. We exist because consciousness exists.

There is Awareness of thought, feeling and all the senses. The senses are not aware of anything. The senses are attributed with qualities, by the mind, via belief.

Seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling, touching, feeling, and thinking, all appear in this space of Knowing that you are. It’s obvious.

understand that you are not your heart—you are the experiencer of your heart.

You are aware knowing.
