While we still seem to be caught in the treacherous segue between stories, those cast as victims in old master narratives are writing themselves anew.

There’s no doership in being reconciled, you are only reconciled. You’ve come to see that this is true—there’s only now—and it’s just reconciled for you.

That suffering that has its roots in the past, maybe in past lives, will manifest. In fact it manifests all day, and we can identify it by its manifestation.

Jesus came to liberate us from our addiction to glories that will never satisfy our hearts. He came to free us from our bondage to our own glory and our obsession with the shadow glories of the created world. He willingly died for glory thieves (us) so that we would find our satisfaction in and live in service of the glory of God.
