Since sexist norms have taught us that loving is our task whether in our role as mothers or lovers or friends, if men say they are not loved, then we are at fault; we are to blame.

Deeper still, that lack of trust in men, points towards a lack of self worth in women. A woman who is not in her worth doesn’t believe a man would give her everything she needed if she just let go of all control and fully showed him everything in her heart all the time. But a woman fully in her feminine self worth knows that is all she needs to do.
