Japanese grilled rice balls or yaki onigiri! Both of my kids love this one so much and it makes a great lunch item or a filling after school snack. The seasoned rice, terikyaki salmon, the crunchy exterior, and the fluffy inside - it’s just a delicious combination and it’s much easier to make than it looks!
