Here’s the 100+ day update on my fermented green plum syrup aka maesil cheong (매실청)!
You can use this syrup to make maesil cha (매실차) aka green plum tea 🍵 which is great for digestion. Maesil cha is sweet, tangy, and packed with an incredibly deep plummy flavor that gives my taste buds life.
