- I often take care of people after suicide attempts. When they explain why they tried to die, a large proportion say they could no longer see “the point” in life. “There’s no meaning for me, no reason to live.” Most clinicians push against this idea to dissuade people from it. 1/
- Every time I fail a spaced repetition review for a card which I remember thinking was almost too trivial to write down, I become more convinced that everything I read without making cards for is a waste of time.

- airdrops are cool - we love the "free" $, but bootstrapping a community around a token drop does little more than gather a community of speculators, rather than actual users. 1) do token holders care about the community? 2) what utility is associated with holding the token?
