They used ChatGPT Pro as a full-time equivalent for software engineering and research: generating and teaching code (Nuxt + Stripe/Supabase/Vercel), maintaining a production site, and building a generative audio training pipeline. It also handled deep literature review, copywriting, pricing/licensing, UX, and daily planning—with summaries feeding the next day’s work.
At Hebbia, we call it “process engineering.” And I think that process engineering, and the network effects that arise from it, will continue to be the foundational advantage for vertical software.
