Tiny steps.
We are the prisoner, the warden and the pardon- holed up in our heads - stuck in our skulls - and yet, paradoxically, already free.
It sounds trite.
And I guess, in some weird way, that’s why so many of us will never actually leave the boxes we’ve built for ourselves, to imprison ourselves, when the pardon we seek - is a simple [backward] step away.
[Chill.] A definition
the sudden awareness that no one knows what they're doing
And life is short.
And much of what you’re worrying about right now, in the fullness of time, just doesn’t matter.
You may not “got this.”
You may not “figure it out”
You may not be have the perfect plan.
But neither do the rest of us.
So take a deep breath, smile and relish the mess.

" i acknowledge that you have not been able to count on me to be a voice of support in your head. when things go wrong, i commit to you, that if you fuck every single thing up, if it all goes wrong - and if it all goes wrong to the max, and everybody leaves you, you can count on me to be support in your head. you don't need to worry about you and me being in a room alone and me tearing you down.
