I do love this baking metaphor. It doesn’t match properly but it’s close enough. You know that when you write or do something you must first create leave it and come back not too long after to review the work, taste adjust remove before doing the final steps. You have to strike while the iron is hot and follow through
Later you lose interest.
Later opportunities fade.

Later you lost your chance.
