DUH. what i keep sayin, but she’s saying it explicitly, finally. i know what it’s like to have content consumed online send my mental health into a nosedive ::: it’s never in one fell swoop, but rather stems from a series of bad attitudes from well-meaning people, or the most generic and vague advice / self-help content.
