Is there such a thing as the present moment? Is there really a "now" from which we can wander? Why would anyone choose to look at this vast sky through a straw?
Real meditation isn't a matter of changing your experience into a “meditative” one. Whatever you're already feeling is good enough for the purpose of waking up.
