First, there's that tiny seed - so small you almost doubt it contains life at all. Then with the right care and attention, a tender shoot breaks through, reaching for the sun.

Day by day, it strengthens until one morning, you're greeted by a flourishing garde

I quite like the idea of having a “menu” of metaphor related ideas: I don’t want it to come across as corny - but I think the idea offers the possibility for (excuse the pun) “growth”. It also offers scope for colour palettes (and seasonal initiatives).

I’ve always loved this video - I think regardless of where you are coming from (in terms of sobriety / addiction) this sums it up: I don’t think it can fail to resonate.

I’d love to use this and even have a version with the garden motif.
