Industrials - do an SEM cohort.
Grab the capacity data as proof for our utilities to dive in and invest in it.

what if the utilities looked at all the big facilities on one feeder where a Data Center is going to go and offered SEM? Its a more surgical approach.
Questions for the utilities:
-can you look at the data for those customers already in an SEM/50001 program?
-what might it look like to do a 50001 cohort here?
-Cobb, Oglethorpe? JEA?
Utility round table ideas:
-hear about other programs in the region including HERO - what did we learn from HERO 1.0 to 2.0"?
Key piece of mature economic engine - rather than giving ever larger tax breaks and incentives to recruit from out of region, invest in local startups, building new companies and industries.
Don’t do what pittsburgh did, waiting decades to choose healthcare as its new industry.
Industrials - get utilities to look at the capacity savings of SEM programs
Help industrials rethink what community impact looks like to them and include energy use for their workers at home.
SEEA -we want to help you be successful here, including thinking about what success here means and looks like. Jobs, yes, but what else up and down stream?
