If you can create and serve the larger mission any one of these.

Strive for win-win scenarios.

Don’t make it easy for them to say “No”.

If they do, ask them what will it take to turn that “no” into a “yes”.

In the long-term if it’s worth it, then make it happen.

It’s always about the people. Every decision taken must be considered with people as the most fundamental factor.

I am a tree.

As long as I’m here, the Sun is shining down on me, water quenching my thirst, and there’s food nourishing me I will keep learning, I will be growing.
