These points about an intentionally offline strategy makes me think about home I was thinking of the emai/sms version of tatunanu. The interface can be differentiation itself when the product isn’t that differentiated. I do think my bread is different but I do think ordering it differently compounds that. And by making the interface unusual, I get the people who really want to buy the product (especially through referral codes, having tasted it before).
