Because humans are more intuitive in the way we think and process information, we are capable of making serendipitous discoveries through non-obvious connections.
The subjective nature of human curiosity allows us to grasp the nuances of real-world situations, considering multiple viewpoints and moral implications, and integrating a rich, empathetic context when exploring ideas.
Human and AI curiosity are not mutually exclusive.

I read nearly every post from Jon Haidt’s After Babel, but a recent one entitled “Why Antisemitism Sprouted So Quickly on Campus” really helped deepen my understanding of how we got to where we are now as it relates to anti-Semitism. It feels especially important as a parent of young children to understand “common enemy identity politics” vs. “common humanity identity politics” so we can identify it and discuss it more effectively with our kids and community.
