for the Festival Queen music video I went to a dance studio with @nissaleor and @cl_fletcher and was basically like “dance as hard as you can to this song” and then I got the actual best dance show of my life while I filmed. to make this scene I took several movement loops from the footage, painted over the frames, scanned them and then duplicated the figures in After Effects to create the feel of a crowd. i think it is impossible to watch this now without wanting to dance at least a little. excerpt from the Festival Queen music video @stratasonic_records @martinbuttrich @soulclapcharlie #experimentalanimation #framebyframe #videoart #dance #mixedmedia #musicvideo
