what if we gave people money + time + safety + connections to build/improve their own X? e.g., you have 50k and 12 months to build your own master’s programme, or you have 80k and 24 months to become a skilled sculptor, or you have 150k and 18 months to build your own lab. what if you then organised these people into interdisciplinary groups/scenes
