for a long time i thought integrating undigested past experiences and emotions meant unearthing memories, understanding their origins conceptually, gaining clarity and insight on their meaning. turns out no, literally just let the emotional or rather somatic energy move through
The way to move past an emotion is to first allow yourself to fully feel it.
Only then can you let it go.
Simple to understand. But hard to do.
