It’s helpful to remember that simple presence to these feelings— acknowledging them, not pushing them away—can help us move through them more easily. Acceptance is the key. This is the way things are at the moment.

Acceptance. Accept each moment exactly for what it is. Don’t compare or try to turn it into yesterday—that’s gone. Don’t try to extend the moment into something that will last forever, because it won’t. Absorb the moment fully and enjoy it because it will pass.
