My wife and I have been pleasantly surprised by our 14 yo’s interest in mahjong. Nice moments to chat in more detail about high school classes, social circles, etc etc. I’d encourage folks to give it a try. We’ve also expanded to playing with our friends. Learning something new keeps things fresh.
