Does Intermittent Fasting Live Up to the Hype?

Watched a very good video by @anthony_chaffee talking about the lack of a gallbladder with #carnivore & fasting. The two don't seem to mix.
Instead, opt for smaller meals, more often. Eat when hungry. Eat until satiated. Forget the fasting. Stay hydrated. Sounds good to me.
