I've seen a few mentions of electrolyte powder. Is this something I should take each day?
I already take mag, zinc, c, d3/k2 supplements.
Seems as though it may help restless legs. Could be worth a try.

Watched a very good video by @anthony_chaffee talking about the lack of a gallbladder with #carnivore & fasting. The two don't seem to mix.
Instead, opt for smaller meals, more often. Eat when hungry. Eat until satiated. Forget the fasting. Stay hydrated. Sounds good to me.

How hard can it be?
I gave up after 40+yrs → 08:35 on 23 Aug 2018
I gave up after 45+yrs → 19:15 on 31st Oct 2022
I simply decided enough was enough, no aids, no withdrawals, just stopped.
Now, I have carbs in my sight. They've got to go. For 30 days, at least.
