“Reasonable” voices in your organization will argue against synchronizing moments. It’s too expensive to get everyone together. Too complicated. Couldn’t we just jump on a webinar? Meetings lacking discipline often start late, have no clear purpose or procedure, go down rabbit holes, and tend to end only because time ran out.
