... See morelike controlled breathing exercise best, because I am lazy. Breathe in for five seconds, breathe out for five seconds. Concentrate only on how you are breathing and clear your mind of everything else. Not tricky in my case, as there is very little to clear. Ten minutes a day is all you need. It can help to re-set the HPA-axis.
