—Think of habits as rituals.
—Start small (a 1-minute stretch, for example.)
—Attach a habit to a task you already do— like while brewing coffee, do yoga for 5 minutes.)
—-Only watch shows or movies while exercising or stretching.
—Do a weekly recap of what you have done and accomplished.
If you can do it in 10 minutes, then just do it. Finish easy tasks on the spot.
Devote your hours to your dreams, development, and passions. You don’t have infinite time. Spend your time wisely and don’t waste it when it can be used to invest in your education and evolution.
