Instead of productivity, we focus on intentionality. It's not about how much you do, but about knowing why you're doing what you're doing, seeing dreams come to life, and having fun while you're doing it. Here are Intend's four principles for getting into flow and staying in touch with what matters to you:
choosing & doing, over organizing
aliveness,
quality over quantity and redefining our personal measure of success
we’re all consumers, how can we be better consumers. spend more time with people that feed your soul.
create your own self-perception that doesn’t rely on external validation
Most people avoid their finances because they’re scared — the numbers feel overwhelming and controlling. I help women gently face their money without shame, judgement or “finance bro” vibes, using cozy tools and beginner-friendly guidance so they can move from fear to confidence.
a constant fight against a system build to steal our attention
I’m naturally slow and that’s okay. I talk for hours and that’s okay. I think deep and that’s okay. Self-sabotage starts when I try to move fast, I get frustrated and I get angry because moving fast is not me. And that’s okay. Life is about self-acceptance.
No one is waiting for you in the past
I’m not a finance bro — I’m a mountain-loving introvert who still needs to be financially conscious. I show other women they can be both, too. My content and free planner make money management beginner-friendly, cozy and judgment-free, so facing your finances feels less like a chore and more like self-care.
