the 10-minute pre-run routine ⬇️ If you’re just quickly static stretching and then going out for a run, you run a high risk of injury. Your body isn’t warm! And then combine that with a poor cool down, your body is going to break down eventually. Especially as you get older, you can’t keep doing that. Try this 10 minute simple pre-run routine which gets your body moving dynamically and ready: ⤵️ - cross kicks (10 each side) - hip openers (10 each side) - double leg hobs (30 seconds) - reverse lunge step up (10 each side) - butt kicks (15 each side) - sweep the grass (10 each side) - high knees (20 seconds) - squat to spread (15 total) - single leg hops (25 each side) - lateral bounds (10 each side) - star stretch (30 seconds) - elbow to instep (30 seconds each side) - half circles (30 seconds) And have fun with it. ONE INGREDIENT Beanfu - tofu made with all kinds of beans/legumes besides soy beans! 😋💪🏼🫘 I wanna preface this by saying I LOVE SOY BEAN TOFU❣️Tofu has been enjoyed by some of the healthiest humans for thousands of years, it’s deliiiicious, nutritious, affordable and so so versatile. And as long as you’re a generally healthy adult without any special medical conditions, soy beans are nothing but beneficial in soooo many ways. I will not stand for any prolonged foolish smear campaign again soy & soy products🙅🏻‍♀️ That being said, if you’re allergic to soy beans, or can’t have it for medical reasons, or you simply want a fun way to eat more beans - I give you ✨BEANFU✨ they’re of course inspired by Burmese tofu, which is usually made out of chickpeas and has a very different texture than soy bean tofu, they’re more jelly like but equally yummy. I made 3 varieties here and each one has only the bean + water and the process is sooo simple 😋 🫘TO MAKE: Soak any beans/legumes you wanna use overnight Drain, add fresh water and blend.
