Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month is observed in October and provides space for individuals and communities to reflect on the grief and challenges faced by the people and families who have experienced a loss in pregnancy or during infancy. Today, we focus on remembering those losses. I encourage you to join families across the world in lighting a candle to send light and love to those who were lost and their loved ones. For those who have experienced this type of loss, you are not alone, your pain is real, and as a community, there are many waiting to support you when you are ready. instagram.comIt’s #pregnancyandinfantlossremembranceday and here’s a reminder of what to say instead of some of the platitudes and silver lining statements we so often hear. Dont forget tonight at 7 pm your local time is the #globalwaveoflight —-so for my Europe friends that’s in only a few hours. Light a 🕯️ and let it burn for an hour so we can collectively create a global wave of light to honor the babies who have died. Who will you be honoring? Say their name below. I’ll go first.

static1.squarespace.comThe hardcover set of the Inward Trilogy is available through the link! I remember when I first started writing Inward when I lived in Brooklyn back in 2015. I would have never imagined this handful of lessons that I was learning and reflecting on would turn into a trilogy that has sold over 1.3 million copies worldwide. The Inward Trilogy is the name I gave to my three poetry and prose books (Inward, Clarity & Connection and The Way Forward) because they really function as one message. Over the years I’ve heard some tremendously inspiring personal stories from you about the different ways these books have helped. At the first event I did I remember someone telling me how Inward helped them through their divorce. Once when I was in San Francisco someone told me that Inward and Clarity & Connection helped save their life. I remember someone in London telling me that Inward had helped her so much that she gave copies to all her friends and family. I had no idea all of this would happen. I’m glad I listened to my intuition when it signaled that I should reflect openly about the things I was processing from meditation. The thing I’m most happy about is that these books have served you well. I hope you enjoy the hardcover version of the Inward Trilogy. Holding them in my hand feels surreal! Sending much love to all 🙏🏽☀️ The Inward Trilogy Hardcover set is available at Amazon, Target, Bookshop, Walmart and soon it will be available in bookstores. #journey #growth
