The fact is, once you understand that the way it is, is the way it is, you don’t have to fight circumstances. You can work on changing things instead, and you don’t need to burn energy on resisting.
When I experience my experience, I am allowing it to be what it is; I do this so that something new can show up that wouldn’t show up if I were in opposition to the experience itself.
One strategy is to avoid what you need to do and then spend lots of energy trying to find out why you are avoiding it. This is a great way to continue to avoid taking action. Another strategy is to assume you need to feel like doing something before you do it.
